THE MENU
Numa's dishes are characterised by creatively combining of French traditional cuisine and playful external influences.

Some of these dishes are offered in the form of a 4- or 5-course chef's menu. It is also possible to order dishes à la carte.
​
The menus are also available vegetarian, and we take dietary requirements into account as much as possible.
​
Arles has a French wine list with an exciting composition of vins nature and traditionally made wines. For the 4- and 5-course chef's menus, we have corresponding wine pairings.
